Some kind words from my clients...

When I think of Catherine I think of calm and most importantly safety. I feel so incredibly safe with Catherine. Catherine has helped me work through many aspects of my life and move forward positively. She has gently encouraged and guided me. I cannot recommend her enough.
Catherine is quite simply amazing! Reaching out to ask a stranger for help is a daunting moment, especially when you aren't feeling at your best. I wasn't sure if I needed help but I am so pleased I asked. From the moment I met Catherine I felt at ease. At no time did I feel judged or pressured into more appointments than I was comfortable with. Her genuinely kind and thoughtful nature enabled me to open up at a steady pace to work through some difficult moments in my life.
I have recommended Catherine to a close family member who was going through a painful experience. Quite honestly I don't know how we would have coped without her support. I will always be so grateful to Catherine for her help and continue to recommend her to others in need.
I met Catherine at a postnatal mums meet up after giving birth to my first child. From this initial meeting and her support guides I realised I was showing signs of postnatal anxiety and depression. Meeting Catherine weekly helped me to work through birth trauma, postnatal anxiety, guilt and depression. Catherine is an extremely kind and caring councillor who was excellent at seeing the bigger picture and interconnections with my postnatal and ongoing mental health struggles. I really can’t recommend her highly enough.
Compassionate, empathetic, insightful, and totally free of any judgement. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Catherine for anyone considering reaching out for the support they need.
I saw Catherine over a
few months and found her sympathetic and patient. I looked forward to my appointments with her and she gave me many words of wisdom to help me work through issues.
I have only been for counselling once before in my life .This was some thirty years ago and whilst it helped me initially I did not feel sufficiently impressed that I wanted pursue it any further .
On the other hand Catherine has been most helpful in listening to a fairly comprehensive set of issues without seeming remotely daunted. I have therefore been a regular visitor and have felt I have got something out of all of our sessions.
Empathy is a vital part of a councillors role and Catherine Seems to have more than her fair share .It gives her the ability to comment on circumstances that while she may not have experienced herself she can nevertheless give guidance and sometimes solutions to any problems that may have arisen or arise.
I would recommend Catherine as a sound professional councillor to anyone looking for the kind of support outlined above.
Catherine was instrumental in helping me understand my emotions. Her kind nature made it safe for me to explore my thoughts and feelings which gave me enormous strength.
