Emotional Well-being Course FAQs

Q. How long will I have access to the course once I purchase it?

A. You have a whole year from the date of purchase to complete the course at a pace that suits you.

Q. Is help available if I’m struggling with any aspect of the course?

A. I welcome any questions or comments via email at: catherine.nabbs@gmail.com. However please note that I can’t offer counselling in this way.

Q. I’ve had some counselling, is this suitable?

A. If you have had an extensive amount of counselling this may repeat aspects already covered in your therapy sessions. However, if you had counselling a while ago or it was only short term, you may want to invest in this course to consolidate or expand on your therapy.

Q. I’ve never had any counselling, is this suitable?

A. Absolutely – this is intended as the perfect introduction to the counselling process for those that are interested in counselling but who may not have the time or money available, or who are not sure they are ready.

Q. I’m worried about my children, is this suitable for them?

A. While this course is aimed at adults, there are many strategies that can be used with the whole family, and can support your mental health which can often be impacted by the demands of parenting.

Q. Will this help me if I have been feeling suicidal?

A. This course is not for anyone in crisis. If you are suicidal or feel you may be suffering from a serious mental health condition, please get in touch with one of the emergency contacts on this list.
